At Flex, we see unparalleled opportunity to create a better life and a more sustainable future by building a smarter, more connected world. Every day, approximately 200,000 Flex employees set out to make that happen—designing and building intelligent products engineered and manufactured with sustainability in mind.
We believe in the power of technology to connect people, products, and services to create a smarter, more sustainable future. To us, it’s not just the right thing to do, for the environment, for people and the communities in which we live and work. This forms the cornerstone of our Global Citizenship commitments and actions.
Every day we strive to lift the human spirit. To give people opportunity, no matter where they come from, who they are, what they do, or where they live. We value and advance human dignity and human rights around the world.
We share our time, talent and resources to make the communities where we live and work more livable and prosperous by providing opportunities for decent work, entrepreneurship and upward mobility.
We are committed to safeguarding the environment so future generations can prosper, and we work across our value chain to help our partners do the same.
We design and build intelligent products that are engineered and manufactured with sustainability in mind. We’re also growing in areas that have the potential to mitigate climate change including renewable energy, connected home, autonomous vehicles, smart agriculture and supply chain optimization.
We operate ethically and lead with integrity in all we do, so we can continue to earn the trust of our employees, customers, suppliers, investors and the communities where we live and work.
In recognition of Earth Day, Flex launched our first ever two-week Earth Day campaign this year. 61 sites from 21* countries chose a set of actions or activities for employees to engage in to reduce their environmental impact and support the environment in their local communities.
More than 260 initiatives were implemented simultaneously during two weeks, and approximately 80,000 employees from manufacturing/logistics sites, design centers and offices participated in this global effort.
