How SheLeads works
SheLeads is a global, multi-faceted program designed to accelerate the development of diverse female leaders at Flex. Following annual talent review and reflection processes, a cohort of high potential female team members are invited to join the 9-month program.
Program participants engage with a curriculum designed to bolster their leadership potential. This wide range of learning experiences include workshops sponsored by senior executives, coaching sessions, mentoring, leadership assessments and self-development exercises.
SheLeads provides program participants an opportunity to work on high-impact, executive-sponsored business projects. Each person is assigned to a project team led by a SheLeads alum. Exposure to these projects helps to deepen SheLeads participants' understanding of our business. Project learnings, coupled with an individual's expertise, position participants to contribute further to the company's future success.
Flex team members invited to join SheLeads come from all over the world and reflect wide-ranging demographics and professional experiences. Program participants also vary across functional expertise, years of service at Flex, career goals and much more. What these women have in common, however, is their exceptional record of high-performance and leadership potential.
Mentors and coaches
Participants are matched with a Flex mentor to help transfer knowledge and achieve professional or developmental goals. A coaching platform offers a leadership assessment, 360 feedback and access to a certified coach. These resources can help future leaders navigate their career paths at Flex.
