We appreciate your interest in Flex. Once you submit your application, you will receive an automated email. Our recruiting team will be reviewing your application. Applicants who meet the education and experience requirements for the position will be competitively evaluated and contacted by a Recruiter to discuss the role. You can also check the status of your application through Workday, our applicant tracking system.
Several jobs on your career site interest me. May I apply to more than one?
Yes! We encourage applicants to create an account with Flex after they have successfully submitted their first application. Creating an account will eliminate the need to complete the online application for additional positions.
What is the interview process like at Flex?
If you are considered for a position, a recruiter will contact you directly to conduct a phone interview and discuss the next steps. Interviews with the hiring manager and/or members of the interviewing team may be conducted via phone, video or teleconference or in person. After each interview round, you will be notified of your application status.
Does Flex offer visas or work permits?
The sponsorship of work permits may not be authorized in all countries, so we assess it on a case-by-case basis. We suggest speaking with your recruiter for more information.
