Women in Flex
Women in Flex (WIF) is dedicated to enhancing gender equality across Flex by cultivating an inclusive environment that empowers women to advance their skills and realize their leadership potential. Among its goals, WIF seeks to expand learning and career development opportunities for current employees, accelerate female advancement and ensure gender equity for pay and rank and celebrate female advancement to drive awareness and action.
People with DiversAbilities (PwD)
Our People with DiversAbilities (PwD) ERG helps create a workplace culture in which employees of all abilities can reach their full potential. The group expands learning and career development opportunities for current employees, supports expanding opportunities to hire people of all abilities and provides insight and guidance to improve the employee experience at Flex and in the community.
Black Flex Network
The Black Flex Network (BFN) brings together employees of African descent and allies from every culture to grow and preserve an inclusive work environment that attracts, develops and retains Black individuals and creates the next generation of Black leaders. BFN cultivates a culture to push limits - and work globally with partners and stakeholders - to create an environment in which all employees feel like they can win.
Latinx in Flex is dedicated to creating equal opportunities for Latinx across Flex globally. By engaging in partnership with allies to drive awareness, and promoting educational, ideological and social drivers, efforts are made to propel Latinx assimilation into the cultural and work environment. Latinx strives for inclusion, professional development, and career growth opportunities to attract and retain talent.
Veterans at Flex
The Veterans at Flex ERG and its allies come together to promote an atmosphere of inclusion and camaraderie. As a group that coaches, recognizes, and promotes veteran talent, it is a safe place to share ideas, learn from one another and grow from experiences. The Veterans ERG focuses its efforts on veteran employment opportunities and engaging with transition assistance advisors to support veterans entering new fields.
Women in Tech
Women in Technology (WIT) seeks to educate, encourage, and support women entering and progressing in the technology and engineering space. The core focus includes culture, career development, community and brand and influence. WIT seeks to provide a platform for women to be seen and heard, create opportunities for leadership development and partner with talent acquisition to increase diversity, build a pipeline of talent and educate our communities about women at Flex.
Asian Pacific Flex Network
The Asia-Pacific Flex Network (APFN) strives to educate and foster cultural awareness, empower its members to be considered for global opportunities, and encourage networking and relationship building for career advancement. APFN seeks to raise cultural awareness through trainings and activities, foster a spirit of belonging and pride and engage in sustainability activities in local communities.
The Flex PRIDE ERG brings people together with respect while celebrating individuality and unique differences - and speak to common strengths and building equity for all. PRIDE seeks to create a safe and welcoming workplace for our LGBTQ colleagues and further foster allyship while create the visibility necessary to advocate for its members.
