RBA alignment
We are a founding member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), a nonprofit comprised of electronics, retail, auto and toy companies committed to supporting the rights and wellbeing of workers and communities worldwide engaged in the global supply chain. Members commit and are held accountable to a common Code of Conduct and use a range of RBA training and assessment tools to support continual improvement in the social, environmental and ethical responsibility of their supply chains.
SDG alignment
Our Flex 20 by 2020 goals aimed to advance four UN SDGs: Quality Education, Affordable and Clean Energy, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Responsible Consumption and Production. See how our efforts align and contribute to the UN SDGs in our 2020 Sustainability Report.
With our 2030 goals, we focus our sustainability efforts to drive progress across four UN SDGs, including Good Health and Wellbeing, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Reduced Inequalities and Climate Action.
Global Compact Principle alignment
We have been accepted as a participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. Under the UNGC, companies pledge to do business responsibly by voluntarily following 10 principles in areas of human rights, labor, the environment and anti-corruption, and sustainable business practices.
CDP disclosure
Scoring an A in Water Security and A- in Climate Change for our 2020 response, we continue to make our sustainability data collection and reporting process more robust. We report to CDP, a globally recognized disclosure system, which enables us to measure and manage our environmental impact. As a result, we can respond to the increasing number of customer requests to better understand the environmental impact and footprint of their own companies. Through our annual CDP response, we disclose our progress toward aligning with the TCFD recommendations and disclosures. View our latest CDP water security and climate change reports.
GRI alignment
We have aligned our sustainability reporting to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework since 2013, being first adopters of the GRI-G4, and more recently, the GRI-Standards. Our report includes significant topics and indicators identified in our materiality assessment process. All disclosures used in the GRI Content Index correspond to the GRI Standards of 2016 and 2018.
