Our next-gen IBCs are optimized for both 800 V and ±400 V systems, enabling safe, compact, and thermally efficient power delivery to GPUs, CPUs, custom accelerators, and memory subsystems.
Managing heat is essential for the reliability and lifespan of power electronics. DC/DC converters generate heat due to switching and conduction power losses in the components (such as semiconductors, inductors, and capacitors) during the power conversion process. Effective thermal management prevents overheating, which can degrade the performance of the converter and cause component failure.
