Riccardo Butta is the president of the Health Solutions business at Flex, the advanced end-to-end manufacturing partner of choice that helps market leading brands design, source, build, deliver, and manage products that improve the world.
As president, Mr. Butta is responsible for the strategy, planning, development, and execution of Flex’s Health Solutions business. He leads a global team serving customers in end markets including medical equipment, medical devices, and drug delivery, as well as programs to expand Flex’s healthcare customer base and design-led engagements.
Mr. Butta rejoined Flex in 2025, having previously served for over 20 years in engineering and leadership roles within Flex’s Health Solutions organization.
Previously, he served as the president of Americas for the Stevanato Group, a leading global provider of drug containment, drug delivery, and diagnostic solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences industries.
Mr. Butta holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
