Mr. DallOglio leads the development of strategies, capabilities, and solutions to architect, build, and scale the company’s factory of the future and deliver enhanced efficiency, productivity, and quality. He leads key operational functions, including automation solutions, productivity solutions, corporate quality and standardization, shared services, and IT operational solutions and digital transformation. He is responsible for defining operational strategy and overseeing the implementation, deployment, and governance of standard processes and tools.

Prior to his role, Mr. DallOglio served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Consumer Devices and Lifestyle, oversaw plastics operations globally, and led Latin American operations, including Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica. Throughout his 23-year tenure at Flex, he has held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility in operations and finance, including Senior Director of Finance for Brazil and Vice President of Corporate Finance for the Americas region.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Universidade Paulista in Brazil and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
