The facility doubles Flex’s regional manufacturing capacity for prefabricated modular power pods and skids, reducing lead times and improving supply chain resilience for customers deploying data centers throughout Europe. Complete modules arrive onsite tested and ready to install.

Production capacity for low-voltage (LV) switchgear increases substantially.  These systems are purpose-built for modular integration and designed to support the higher power densities required by AI workloads. Pre-engineering and prewiring LV assemblies in the factory help reduce delays arising from onsite electrical work and enable repeatable outcomes across construction phases. Standardized configurations across LV switchboards, PDURPPs reduce engineering complexity and support shorter lead times while allowing the flexibility needed to meet specific data center requirements.

New lines dedicated to the production of busways support power distribution for cloud, hyperscale, and edge deployments. Flexible, efficient power distribution solutions help operators scale infrastructure quickly while maintaining operational efficiency.

Strengthening engineering and testing services across Europe

Alongside expanded manufacturing capabilities, the site offers engineering resources to help customers based in Europe as they accelerate deployment schedules and optimize power infrastructure performance via faster design cycles, deeper technical partnerships, and end‑to‑end support.

Engineering services include:

  • Enhanced commissioning and factory acceptance testing (FAT)
