Mike Thoeny is president of the Automotive business at Flex, the advanced, end-to-end manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-brands design, source, build, deliver, and manage products that improve the world.
In his capacity, Mr. Thoeny is responsible for the overall enterprise vision, strategy, business planning, development and execution of the Flex Automotive business.
Additionally, he is creating programs to expand the global Flex automotive customer base, as well as the technology evolution of the company's automotive portfolio and integrated strategy to usher in the next generation of mobility.

Mr. Thoeny holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA in marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
