\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u9694\u79bb\u5f0f\u2018\u9ad8\u4fa7\u2019\u6805\u6781\u9a71\u52a8\u7535\u6e90\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4f4e\u9694\u79bb\u7535\u5bb9\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u5c0f\u4e8e 6 pF\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u9632\u6b62\u5728\u7535\u673a\u9a71\u52a8\u5668\u548c\u9006\u53d8\u5668\u7b49\u5178\u578b\u6865\u5f0f\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u8fc7\u5927\u7684\u73af\u6d41\u548c\u9ad8 Zou \u8bc4\u8bba\u9053\uff1a\u201d\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ee5\u6781\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u7528\u4e8e\u6805\u6781\u9a71\u52a8\u7535\u6e90\u7684\u5de5\u4e1a\u5e94\u7528\uff0cFlex \u529f\u7387\u6a21\u5757\u54c1\u724c\u662f\u5feb\u901f\u6280\u672f\u652f\u6301\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u7684\u4fdd\u8bc1\u3002\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n<div
