(RFPA) \u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u534a\u8f7d\u65f6\u5178\u578b\u503c\u4e3a 95.5%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>28V\/18A\/504W \u8f93\u51fa\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u884c\u4e1a\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7816\u5f62\u5c01\u88c5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2250 Vdc \u8f93\u5165\u8f93\u51fa\u9694\u79bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Flex \u7535\u6e90\u6a21\u5757\u53d1\u5e03 <a href=\"\/zh\/resources\/fpm-techspec-pkm4516ad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PKM4516ADPIHS<\/a>, \u8fd9\u662f\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u9762\u5411\u7535\u4fe1\u5e02\u573a\u5c04\u9891\u529f\u7387\u653e\u5927\u5668 (RFPA) \u5e94\u7528\u7684 DC-DC \u8f6c\u6362\u5668\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u578b\u53f7\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d <a href=\"https:\/\/flexpowermodules.com\/resources\/fpm-techspec-pkm4516ad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">PKM4516ADPIHS<\/a> \u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u91c7\u7528\u884c\u4e1a\u6807\u51c6\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7816\u5c01\u88c5\u7684\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\uff0c\u53ef\u8282\u7701\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u7535\u8def\u677f\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u5b83\u5177\u6709 28V\/18A \u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u7535\u538b\uff0c\u8f93\u51fa\u529f\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe 504W\uff0c\u8f93\u5165\u7535\u538b\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a 36V \u81f3 75V\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u57fa\u4e8e 28V \u6a2a\u5411\u6269\u6563 MOSFET (LDMOS) \u6216\u6c2e\u5316\u9553 (GaN) \u7684\u5c04\u9891\u529f\u7387\u653e\u5927\u5668 (RFPA) \u5e94\u7528\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u9009\u62e9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u6b3e\u65b0\u578b\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\u572848V\u8f93\u5165\u7535\u538b\u548c\u534a\u8d1f\u8f7d\u4e0b\uff0c\u5178\u578b\u6548\u7387\u53ef\u8fbe95.5%\u3002\u5176\u8f93\u51fa\u7535\u538b\u8c03\u8282\u8303\u56f4\u5bbd\u5e7f\uff0c\u4ece14V\u523035V\uff0c\u4fbf\u4e8e\u5bf9\u8fde\u63a5\u7684\u5c04\u9891\u90e8\u5206\u8fdb\u884c\u4f18\u5316\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u5668\u4ef6\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u77ed\u8def\u4fdd\u62a4\u3001\u8fc7\u8f7d\u4fdd\u62a4\u3001\u8fc7\u6e29\u4fdd\u62a4\u3001\u8f93\u51fa\u8fc7\u538b\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u8f93\u5165\u6b20\u538b\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002\u53ef\u4fdd\u8bc1\u9884\u504f\u7f6e\u8d1f\u8f7d\u4e0b\u7684\u542f\u52a8\uff0c\u521d\u7ea7\u5230\u6b21\u7ea7\u7684\u9694\u79bb\u7535\u538b\u4e3a2250Vdc\u3002\u63d0\u4f9b\u8fdc\u7a0b\u5f00\u5173\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u53ef\u9009\u6b63\u903b\u8f91\u6216\u8d1f\u903b\u8f91\u3002. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8be5\u5668\u4ef6\u914d\u6709\u7528\u4e8e\u4f20\u5bfc\u51b7\u5374\u7684\u5e95\u677f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u65e0\u6c14\u6d41\u7684\u5bc6\u5c01\u5916\u58f3\u5185\uff08\u5c04\u9891\u529f\u7387\u653e\u5927\u5668\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u5178\u578b\u60c5\u51b5\uff09\u4f7f\u7528\u65f6\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u5668\u4ef6\u5728\u5e95\u677f\u6e29\u5ea6\u9ad8\u8fbe 85\u00b0C \u65f6\u4ecd\u80fd\u4ee5 18 A \/ 504 W \u7684\u529f\u7387\u8fd0\u884c\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u5e95\u677f\u6e29\u5ea6\u8fbe\u5230 100\u00b0C \u65f6\uff0c\u8f93\u51fa\u529f\u7387\u4e5f\u4ec5\u7565\u5fae\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3 17.8 A \/ 500 W\u3002\u8be5\u5668\u4ef6\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a -40\u00b0C \u81f3 +125\u00b0C\uff0c\u5e76\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u964d\u989d\u7279\u6027\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u534a\u6865\u8bbe\u8ba1 <a href=\"https:\/\/flexpowermodules.com\/resources\/fpm-techspec-pkm4516ad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">PKM4516ADPIHS<\/a> \u91c7\u7528\u6700\u65b0PWM\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u5143\u4ef6\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4e3aOEM\u5382\u5546\u8282\u7701\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u4e86\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002\u540c\u6b65\u6574\u6d41\u6280\u672f\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u8d85\u9ad8\u7684\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5e26\u6765\u9ad8\u529f\u7387\u5bc6\u5ea6\u548c\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\uff0c\u5e73\u5747\u6545\u969c\u95f4\u9694\u65f6\u95f4\uff08MTBF\uff09\u9ad8\u8fbe790\u4e07\u5c0f\u65f6\u3002\u8be5\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\u7b26\u5408IEC\/EN\/UL 62368-1\u5b89\u5168\u6807\u51c6\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u968f\u7740\u53c2\u4e0e 5G \u7684 OEM \u5382\u5546\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u8d62\u5f97\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8ba2\u5355\u5e76\u5373\u5c06\u63a8\u51fa 5G \u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u91c7\u7528 LDMOS \u548c GaN \u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\uff0c <a href=\"https:\/\/flexpowermodules.com\/resources\/fpm-techspec-pkm4516ad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">PKM4516ADPIHS<\/a> \u201d\u5b83\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u7528\u4f5c\u7535\u6e90\uff0c\u201cFlex\u7535\u6e90\u6a21\u5757\u4e1a\u52a1\u548c\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ba1\u7406\u603b\u76d1Olle Hellgren\u8868\u793a\u3002\u201d\u8be5\u5668\u4ef6\u8fd8\u5c06\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u7269\u8054\u7f51\u3001\u79fb\u52a8\u56de\u4f20\u548c\u524d\u4f20\u4ee5\u53ca\u5ba4\u5185\u65e0\u7ebf\u901a\u4fe1\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76ee\u524d \u8bbe\u8ba1\u548c\u5236\u9020\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u4f9b\u7535\u6e90\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4eba\u5458\u5bf9\u5176\u7cfb\u7edf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6240\u671f\u671b\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u8be5\u6a21\u5757\u91c7\u7528\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7816\u89c4\u683c\uff0c\u5c3a\u5bf8\u4e3a 58.4 x 36.8 x 13.2 \u6beb\u7c73\uff082.3 x 1.45 x 0.52 \u82f1\u5bf8\uff09\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"spacer block\" style=\"height: 24px;\">\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"sidebar
