(b) \u660e\u786e\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u548c\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u7684\u4e2d\u95f4\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1b (c) ob\u015finute din surse publice, cum ar fi LinkedIn, sau (d) \u751f\u6210 noi \u00een timpul procesului de recrutare\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2a\u4eba\u89d2\u8272\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/strong> \u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u62db\u8058\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u62db\u8058\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5bf9\u4e2a\u4eba\u89d2\u8272\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u533f\u540d\u804c\u4f4d\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u79c1\u4eba\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6765\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002 Deasemenea\uff0cvom utiliza aceste informa\u015fii pentru a respecta dispozi\u015fiile legale in vigoare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u4e2a\u4eba\u89d2\u8272\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f7f\u7528 dumneavoastr\u0103 deoarece \u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u96c6\u5408\uff1a&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5fc5\u987b\u5728 vederea \u00eencheieriicontractui individual de munca \u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u62c6\u6c34\uff1b&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trebuie s\u0103 processsam informa\u015fiile dumneavoastr\u0103 pentru a respecta o obliga\u015fie legal\u0103\uff1b&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>noi sau un ter\u015f avem un interes Legitim de: (a) a asigura administrarea \u015fi gestionarea Eficient\u0103 a procedure of recrutare; (b) ne asigura c\u0103 angaj\u0103m o personoan\u0103 potrivit\u0103 pentru un post\uff1b (c) \u8bc9\u8bbc\u3001\u4e8b\u6545\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e13\u4e1a\u54a8\u8be2\u987e\u95ee\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff1b (d) a constata capacitatea dumneavoastr\u0103 de a lucra\u3002&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u7ed3\u5408\u7279\u6b8a\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/strong> Vom prelucra categoriile Speciale de date cu caracter individual pentru (1) a analiza dac\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 oferim amenaj\u0103ri corespunz\u0103toare pentru orice Tip de dizabilitate \u00een timpul procesului de recrutare; (2) scopuri de informare impar\u0163ial\u0103\uff1b (3) \u5c0a\u91cd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e49\u52a1\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4f7f\u7528\u7279\u6b8a\u7c7b\u522b\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fe1\u606f\uff1a<\/strong> Vom utiliza categoriile Speciale de informa\u015fii cu \u5b57\u7b26\u4e2a\u4eba\u96c6\u5408 despre dumneavoastr\u0103 deoarece\uff1a (1) v-a\u015fi dat consim\u015f\u0103m\u00e2ntul \u663e\u5f0f \u00een scris\uff1b (2) \u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e49\u52a1\uff1b (3) sunt necesare pentru constatarea, exercitarea sau ap\u0103rarea unor drepturi \u00een justi\u015fie;
