The device is thermally optimized for cold\u2011wall mounting on the top side using a Thermal Interface Material (TIM), made possible by its open\u2011frame construction and absence of a baseplate. The BMR317 adopts an industry\u2011standard LGA footprint and pinout, ensuring supply-chain security and enabling second\u2011source compatibility.
